Recently, I had a client request I paint her cabinetry in her rental condo. They were worn out and just needed some cosmetic updating.
I painted them a solid.
I then painted over them with a wash that made them look like worn beach wood, finishing them with two coats of satin polyurethane for durablilty and installed knobs the homeowner provided. The result THRILLED her (I was pretty happy with the way they turned out as well!)
I am available for this type of work and did complete this for them within a week. Of course I didnt have to take the doors off, etc. I just painted around the frame and the inside and outside the doors,
